1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hire Tomorrow’s website, services, communications, or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Hire Tomorrow provides professional recruiting and talent advisory services, including but not limited to:

Executive Search for senior, leadership, and specialized roles

Recruiting-as-a-Service (RaaS) subscription-based recruiting support

Fractional, interim, and contractor recruiting services
All services are governed by written agreements, proposals, statements of work, or subscription terms that define scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
Hire Tomorrow does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate performance, retention, or business results. Recruiting outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including client decisions, market conditions, and candidate actions.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful job and business information

Comply with applicable employment, labor, and tax laws

Use candidate information ethically and confidentially

Make final hiring, engagement, and compensation decisions
Clients are responsible for background checks, onboarding, worker classification, and compliance.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates represent that information provided is accurate and complete. Hire Tomorrow does not employ candidates unless explicitly stated in writing. All employment or contractor engagements are determined solely by client companies.
6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Fees are governed by executed agreements. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Executive search fees may be earned upon placement or milestone completion. RaaS and Fractional & Contractor services are billed according to agreed schedules.
7. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, processes, systems, content, branding, materials, and proprietary frameworks are the intellectual property of Hire Tomorrow and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information, candidate data, and non-public materials, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hire Tomorrow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of its services. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
10. SMS Terms (Incorporated by Reference)
Participation in Hire Tomorrow’s SMS program is governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11. Termination
Hire Tomorrow may suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms, contractual breaches, or unlawful conduct.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Hire Tomorrow primarily operates, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
Hire Tomorrow may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
